ST13 cold-rolled carbon steel plate is a low-carbon structural steel produced in accordance with the German DIN 1623-1 standard, known for its excellent processing performance and mechanical properties. Its chemical composition has a carbon content (C) ≤0.08%, a manganese content (Mn) ≤0.45%, and strictly controls the content of impurity elements such as sulfur (S) and phosphorus (P) (≤0.025%) to ensure the purity and stability of the material. Through the cold rolling process, the surface finish and dimensional accuracy of the ST13 steel plate are significantly improved, with a tensile strength range of 270-370 MPa, a yield strength of ≤250 MPa, and an elongation of ≥32%, with both high strength and high ductility.

The material performs well in the manufacturing process, and its low carbon characteristics give it good weldability and cold bending performance. At the same time, the toughness of the material can be further optimized through annealing treatment. The hardness of ST13 steel plate is ≤57 HRB, which is suitable for deep drawing, stretching and other processing scenarios with high requirements for surface quality and dimensional accuracy. It is a basic material choice in the industrial field that combines reliability and economy.
