DC03 cold-rolled carbon steel plate is a low-carbon steel sheet that meets the European standard EN 10130. The carbon content is ≤0.10%, the manganese content is ≤0.45%, and the cold rolling process achieves high surface finish and excellent dimensional accuracy. Its yield strength is 140-240 MPa, the tensile strength is ≤270 MPa, and the elongation after fracture is ≥30%. It has excellent forming and welding properties and is suitable for complex processing such as deep drawing and bending.

This material is widely used in automobile manufacturing (such as car body, door, roof), home appliance industry (refrigerator, washing machine shell and structural parts), construction field (stair handrails, interior decoration) and machinery manufacturing (gears, bearing seats). Its low carbon content ensures good weldability, and the corrosion resistance can be improved through surface treatment, meeting the industrial needs of lightweight, high strength and high precision.
